Anti-Human TGF-β1 (Monoclonal Mouse)

  

Preparation: Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human TGF-β1. Anti-Human TGF-β1-specific antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: Insect cell derived Recombinant Human TGF-β1 (PeproTech catalog# 100-21R)*

Western Blot: To detect Human TGF-b1 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human TGF-b1 is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under reducing and non-reducing conditions.
