Monoclonal Antibodies

Preparation: Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IL-11. Anti-Human IL-11-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human IL-11 (PeproTech catalog# 200-11)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect Recombinant Human IL-11 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human IL-11 (500-P01BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 1.0-2.0 μg/ml.
