Anti-Human IL-7 (Monoclonal Mouse)

  

Preparation: Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IL-7. Anti-Human IL-7-specific antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human IL-7 (PeproTech catalog# 200-07)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant Human IL-7 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human IL-7 (500-P27BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.2- 0.4 μg/ml.

Anti-Human IL-7 Sandwich ELISA

Western Blot: To detect Human IL-7 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human IL-7 is 1.0-2.0 ng/lane, under reducing and non-reducing conditions.
