Preparation: Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IL-2. Anti-Human IL-2-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human IL-2 (PeproTech catalog# 200-02)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000pg/ml of Recombinant Human IL-2 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human IL-2 (500-P22BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0- 2.0 μg/ml.

Western Blot: To detect Human IL-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for Recombinant Human IL-2 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
