Preparation: Produced in BALB/c x C57BL/6 F1 mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human NT-4. Anti-Human NT-4-specific antibody was purified from ascites fluid by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human NT-4 (PeproTech catalog# 450-04)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 2000pg/ml Recombinant Human NT-4 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human NT-4 (500-P83BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 0.5-1.0 μg/ml.
