Anti-Human sFas Ligand 0 AvisSubmit a Review Détails du Produit Catalog Number: 500-P184G Description: Source: Polyclonal Goat Preparation: Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hsFasL/Apo1L. Anti-Human sFasL/Apo1L specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized hsFasL/Apo1L matrix. Immunogen: CHO cells derived Recombinant Human sFas Ligand (PeproTech catalog# 310-03)* *Catalog# 310-03 has been replaced with 310-03H. Sandwich ELISA: To detect hsFasL/Apo1L by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Human sFasL/Apo1L (500-P184GBt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hsFasL/Apo1L. Western Blot: To detect hsFasL/Apo1L by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hsFasL/Apo1L is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: Additional applications tested on a lot-to-lot basis.
