Anti-Murine TNF-α (Polyclonal Rabbit) 0 评论Submit a Review 产品详情 产品编号: 500-P64 产品描述: Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Murine TNF-α. Anti-Murine TNF-α specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Murine TNF-α matrix. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Murine TNF-α (PeproTech catalog# 315-01A) Sandwich ELISA: To detect Murine TNF-α by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Murine TNF-α (500-P64Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Murine TNF-α. Western Blot: To detect Murine TNF-α by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Murine TNF-α is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: Additional applications tested on a lot-to-lot basis.
