Monoclonal Antibodies

Source: Monoclonal Mouse

Preparation: Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human Eotaxin (CCL11). Anti-Human Eotaxin (CCL11)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human Eotaxin (CCL11) (PeproTech catalog# 300-21)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 800 pg/ml Recombinant Human Eotaxin when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human Eotaxin (CCL11) (500-P41GBT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 0.5-1.0 μg/ml.

Western Blot: To detect Human Eotaxin by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human Eotaxin is 0.5-1.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
