Anti-Human IL-8 (CXCL8) 0 ComentariosSubmit a Review Detalles del Producto Nùmero de Catalogo 500-P28 Descripcion Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Human IL-8. Anti-Human IL-8 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Human IL-8 matrix. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human IL-8 (CXCL8) (72 a.a.) (PeproTech catalog# 200-08M) Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human IL-8 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Human IL-8 (500-P28Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human IL-8. Western Blot: To detect Human IL-8 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human IL-8 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: Additional applications tested on a lot-to-lot basis.
