Biotinylated Anti-Murine IL-22 0 ComentariosSubmit a Review Detalles del Producto Nùmero de Catalogo 500-P223BT Descripcion Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant mIL-22. Anti-Murine IL-22 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Murine IL-22 (PeproTech catalog# 210-22) Sandwich ELISA: To detect mIL-22 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Polyclonal Anti-Murine IL-22 (500-P223) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIL-22. Western Blot: To detect mIL-22 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-22 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: 1mg will be provided as 2x500μg. crossreactivity: Mouse References SDS Búsqueda del CoA Product Line Country Of Origin: USA Not for human use.
