Biotinylated Anti-Murine KC (CXCL1) 0 ComentariosSubmit a Review Detalles del Producto Nùmero de Catalogo 500-P115BT Descripcion Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant mKC. Anti-Murine KC specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Murine KC (CXCL1) (PeproTech catalog# 250-11) Sandwich ELISA: To detect mKC by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Polyclonal Anti-Murine KC (500-P115) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mKC. Western Blot: To detect mKC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mKC is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: 1mg will be provided as 2x500μg. crossreactivity: Mouse References SDS Búsqueda del CoA Product Line Country Of Origin: USA Not for human use.
