I have used PeproTech BDNF since 2012
I have used PeproTech BDNF at Stanford and Genentech since 2012 and it has been great for differentiating stem cells into neurons. It is the best product in this category of recombinant proteins.

Supports Growth of Cholinergic Neurons

Differentiation and support of SH-SY5Y cells
I have been using this product for over 3 years now to support and differentiate SH-SY5Y cells in culture. It is an excellent product that many people in my lab use. It always works well and is reliable.

Works great!
Used this product for intravitreal injections in the mouse eye and it worked as anticipated. Very pleased and will continue to purchase for future experiments.

Great recombinant protein
This is a very good recombinant protein to elicit TrkB signaling in cultured neurons at 50 ng/ml concentration or support differentiation of mouse ESC-s to neurons. We haven’t experienced lot to lot variation and delivery is always prompt. We highly recommend.
