Product Details

Catalog Number: 500-P139
Description:
Anti-Rat IL-10

Source: Polyclonal Rabbit

Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant Rat IL-10. Anti-Rat IL-10 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Rat IL-10 matrix.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Rat IL-10 (PeproTech catalog# 400-19)

Sandwich ELISA: To detect Rat IL-10 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Rat IL-10 (500-P139Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Rat IL-10.
