Preparation: Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human FGF-5. Anti-Human FGF-5-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human FGF-5 (PeproTech catalog# 100-34)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant Human FGF-5 when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents.
