Source: Monoclonal Mouse

Preparation: Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human LEC (CCL16). Anti-Human LEC (CCL16)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human LEC (CCL16) (PeproTech catalog# 300-44)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 500pg/ml of Recombinant Human LEC when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified anti-Human LEC (CCL16) (500-P125GBT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 μg/ml.

Western Blot: To detect Human LEC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human LEC is 0.5-1.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
