Preparation: Produced in BALB/c x ICR F1 mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MDC (CCL22). Anti-Human MDC (CCL22)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human MDC (CCL22) (67 a.a.) (PeproTech catalog# 300-36)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant Human MDC when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human MDC (CCL22) (500-P107BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 μg/ml.
