Produced in BALB/c mice using highly pure recombinant human IFN-γ as the immunizing antigen. This IgG1K antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.
E.coli derived Recombinant Human IFN-γ (PeproTech catalog #300-02)
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/ml of recombinant human IFN-γ when used with PeproTech's biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IFN-γ (500-P32Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2.0-4.0 μg/ml.
To detect Human IFN-γ by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human IFN-γ is 1.0-3.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
