Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MIG (CXCL9). Anti-Human MIG (CXCL9)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by antigen affinity chromatography.
E.coli derived Recombinant Human MIG (CXCL9) (PeproTech catalog# 300-26)
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 0.125-0.25 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant human MIG when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified anti-Human MIG (CXCL9) (500-P50BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/ml.
To detect Human MIG by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.50-2.0 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human MIG is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions and 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions.
