Antigen Affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibodies

Source: Polyclonal Goat

Preparation: Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hMCP-4 (human MCP-4). Anti-Human MCP-4 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized hMCP-4 matrix.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human MCP-4 (CCL13) (PeproTech catalog# 300-24)

Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human MCP-4 by sandwich ELISA (using 100μl/well) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Human MCP-4 (CCL13) (500-P04GBT) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 2000- 4000 pg/ml of Recombinant Human MCP-4.

Western Blot: To detect Human MCP-4 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human MCP-4 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
