Anti-Human PF-4 (CXCL4) 0 ComentariosSubmit a Review Detalles del Producto Nùmero de Catalogo 500-P05 Descripcion Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hPF-4. Anti-Human PF-4 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized hPF-4 matrix. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human PF-4 (CXCL4) (PeproTech catalog# 300-16) Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human PF-4 by sandwich ELISA (using 100μl/well) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Human PF-4 (CXCL4) (500-P05BT) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 2000-4000 pg/ml of Recombinant Human PF-4. Western Blot: To detect Human PF-4 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human PF-4 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: Additional applications tested on a lot-to-lot basis.
