Monoclonal Antibodies

Preparation: Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human sIL-2 Receptor α. Anti-Human sIL-2 Receptor α-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: Hi-5 Insect cell derived Recombinant Human sIL-2 Receptor α (PeproTech catalog# 200-02R)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant Human sIL-2 Receptor α when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents.

Western Blot: To detect Human sIL-2 Receptor α by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human sIL-2 Receptor α is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
