Monoclonal Antibodies

Source: Monoclonal Mouse

Preparation: Produced in BALB/c x ICR F1 mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human sRANK Ligand. Anti-Human sRANK Ligand-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human sRANK Ligand (PeproTech catalog# 310-01)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 250pg/ml of Recombinant Human sRANK Ligand when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified anti-Human sRANK Ligand (500-P133GBT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/ml.
