Biotinylated Anti-Human TNF-α (Polyclonal Rabbit) 0 ReviewsSubmit a Review Product Details Catalogue Number: 500-P31ABT Description: Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Human TNF-α. Anti-Human TNF-α specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. Immunogen: E.coli-derived, 17.4 kDa Recombinant Human TNF-α (PeproTech catalog# 300-01A) Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human TNF-α by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Polyclonal Anti-Human TNF-α (500-P31A) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human TNF-α. Western Blot: To detect Human TNF-α by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human TNF-α is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: 1mg will be provided as 2x500μg. crossreactivity: Human, Mouse References SDS CoA Search Product Line Country Of Origin: USA Not for human use.
