Biotinylated Anti-Murine IL-1β 0 ComentariosSubmit a Review Detalles del Producto Nùmero de Catalogo 500-P51BT Descripcion Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant mIL-1β. Anti-Murine IL-1β specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Murine IL-1β (PeproTech catalog# 211-11B) Sandwich ELISA: To detect mIL-1β by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Polyclonal Anti-Murine IL-1β (500-P51) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIL-1β. Western Blot: To detect mIL-1β by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-1β is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: 1mg will be provided as 2x500μg. crossreactivity: Mouse, Mouse + Bacteria References SDS Búsqueda del CoA Product Line Country Of Origin: USA Not for human use.
