PeproTech Manufacturing Facility UpdateYou’ve been an incredible partner of ours, so we’re thrilled to share a pivotal moment of continued growth for our PeproTech portfolio that will help us make an even greater impact on the scientific community. In March 2020, we relocated our corporate headquarters and New Jersey manufacturing to Cranbury, NJ, to a state-of-the-art, 65,000 square foot facility. Then in 2021, PeproTech became a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are now taking the next step in partnership and growth as we are expanding our footprint in Cranbury, NJ, to bring all our recombinant protein production to one Center of Excellence. With the relocation of our Animal-Free E. coli-derived proteins manufactured at the Westlake Village, CA, facility to Cranbury, NJ, this allows us to house every facet of our business in one location, while continuing to offer customers like you unmatched cellular therapy products and support. In addition to creating this expansive Recombinant Protein Center of Excellence, this relocation will allow for increased production capacity to better suit your needs and timing. As you explore new technologies, we’ll be by your side at the forefront of research, ready to grow in our new facility at pace with our ever-evolving industry. PeproTech Email Address UpdateIn December 2021, Thermo Fisher Scientific acquired PeproTech. As part of on-going integration, teams within Thermo Fisher are also working diligently to ensure systems and processes are aligned for optimal operation as well. To ensure minimal disruption to our customers, we are proactively notifying you of upcoming changes to PeproTech colleague email address nomenclature. Effective October 24, 2022, emails coming from your PeproTech partners will now be coming from a @thermofisher.com email address. This change also includes customer service and technical support general email addresses as well. Currently, PeproTech email addresses are formatted as: first initial last name @peprotech.de (i.e. [email protected] for Kevin Smith.) After the change, it will be [email protected] (i.e. [email protected] for Brian Jones.) Additionally, for general email boxes, the email nomenclature format will change from [email protected] to [email protected]. Example: [email protected] will now be [email protected] We would encourage you to update your address book for relevant PeproTech contacts. We are also ensuring continuous service by automatically forwarding all emails received to PeproTech email addresses following October 24, 2022 to the corresponding new Thermo Fisher email address. There is currently no plan for discontinuation of the PeproTech email addresses for receiving email correspondence, so rest assured that your emails will continue to be received regardless of the address used.
