Preparation: Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human BMP-4. Anti-Human BMP-4-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: HeLa cell derived Recombinant Human BMP-4 (PeproTech catalog# 120-05)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming100μl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 2000 pg/ml of Recombinant Human BMP-4 when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents.

Western Blot: To detect Human BMP-4 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human BMP-4 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
