Preparation: Produced in C3H/HeJ mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MCP-3 (CCL7). Anti-Human MCP-3 (CCL7)-specific antibody was purified from ascites fluid by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human MCP-3 (CCL7) (PeproTech catalog# 300-17)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect Recombinant Human MCP-3 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified anti- Human MCP-3 (CCL7) (500-P37BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/ml.

Western Blot: To detect Human MCP-3 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human MCP-3 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
