Recombinant Murine TARC (CCL17)

TARC, a CC chemokine, is predominantly produced by dendritic cells in the thymus, and signals through the CCR4 receptor. TARC is chemotactic towards T cells. Recombinant Murine TARC (CCL17) is an 7.9 kDa protein containing 70 amino acid residues, including the four conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
