Monoclonal Antibodies

Source: Monoclonal Mouse

Preparation: Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MIP-3β (CCL19). Anti-Human MIP-3β (CCL19)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human MIP-3β (CCL19) (PeproTech catalog# 300-29B)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect Recombinant human MIP-3β when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti- Human MIP-3β (CCL19) (500-P95BBT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5- 1.0 μg/ml.

Western Blot: To detect Human MIP-3β by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human MIP-3β is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions.
