Monoclonal Antibodies

Source: Monoclonal Mouse

Preparation: Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MIP-3α (CCL20). Anti-Human MIP-3α (CCL20)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human MIP-3α (CCL20) (PeproTech catalog# 300-29A)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000pg/ml of Recombinant Human MIP-3α when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human MIP-3α (CCL20) (500-P95ABT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 μg/ml.

Western Blot: To detect Human MIP-3α by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human MIP-3α is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
