Anti-Murine MCP-3 (CCL7) 0 리뷰Submit a Review 제품 상세 카다로그 번호 500-P116G 제품 설명 Source: Polyclonal Goat Preparation: Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant mMCP-3. Anti-Murine MCP-3 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized mMCP-3 matrix. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Murine MCP-3 (CCL7) (PeproTech catalog# 250-08) Sandwich ELISA: To detect mMCP-3 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Murine MCP-3 (500-P116GBt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mMCP-3. Western Blot: To detect mMCP-3 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mMCP-3 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: Additional applications tested on a lot-to-lot basis.
