产品详情

产品编号: 500-P95B
产品描述:
Anti-Human MIP-3β (CCL19)

Source: Polyclonal Rabbit

Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Human MIP-3β. Anti-Human MIP-3β specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Human MIP-3β matrix.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human MIP-3β (CCL19) (PeproTech catalog# 300-29B)

Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human MIP-3β by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Human MIP-3β (500-P95BBt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human MIP-3β.

Anti-Human MIP-3β (CCL19) Sandwich ELISA

Western Blot: To detect Human MIP-3β by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Human MIP-3β is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
