Experiencing an issue with a PeproTech product? Our Quality Assurance Department is here to provide support in a timely manner. 

Help us gather all required information for an investigation by:

 

1. Clicking and downloading a Technical Investigation Form(s) based on product category.

2. Completing one form per product, either as a fillable PDF or manually by printing.

3. Emailing your completed form(s) and all relevant data and/or images to our Quality Assurance Department.

 

Upon receipt, one of our highly skilled Quality Assurance Representatives will review the submitted information and contact you with any comments, concerns and/or advice within one business day.
