Biotinylated Anti-Rat MIP-1α (CCL3) 0 ReviewsSubmit a Review Product Details Catalogue Number: 500-P77BT Description: Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Rat MIP1α. Anti-Rat MIP-1α specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Rat MIP-1α (CCL3) (PeproTech catalog# 400-15) Sandwich ELISA: To detect Rat MIP-1α by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Polyclonal Anti-Rat MIP-1α (500-P77) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Rat MIP-1α. Western Blot: To detect Rat MIP-1α by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Rat MIP-1α is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: 1mg will be provided as 2x500μg. crossreactivity: Rat References SDS CoA Search Product Line Country Of Origin: USA Not for human use.
