This product Recombinant Murine IFN-γ was used successfully for our signaling in vitro experiments for the use of CD4, CD8, macrophages as well as the expression of INF-γ. Cells used were mouse lymphocytes isolated from the mouse spleen.

Best cytokine of its kind

Great consistent cytokine for differentiation of Th1 cells and M1 macrophages
We routinely use this cytokine to generate mouse CD4 Th1 cells and M1 polarized macrophages. The pricing and consistency of this cytokine can't be beat, and we have been using it for almost 20 years. All of our cytokines used in our lab are from peprotech.
