Recombinant Human Thrombomodulin for use in thrombin generation
We used this product to produce a model in healthy plasma of a rare bleeding disorder caused by a soluble thrombomodulin mutation. Used in ELISA, thrombin generation and turbidity assay set up. Protein worked as expected and was easy to reconstitute.
