Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human NAP-2 (CXCL7). Anti-Human NAP-2 (CXCL7)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect Recombinant Human NAP-2 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti- Human NAP-2 (CXCL7) (500-P03BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 μg/ml.
To detect Human NAP-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human NAP-2 is 0.5-1.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
