Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IP-10 (CXCL10). Anti-Human IP-10 (CXCL10)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of Recombinant Human IP-10 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified anti-Human IP-10 (CXCL10)(500-P93BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.25-0.50 μg/ml.
To detect Human IP-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/ml (non-reducing) or at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml (reducing). When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human IP-10 is 0.2-0.40 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions and 2.0-4.0 under reducing conditions.
