Anti-Human β-NGF 0 리뷰Submit a Review 제품 상세 카다로그 번호 500-P85 제품 설명 Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Human β-NGF. Anti-Human β-NGF specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Human β-NGF matrix. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human β-NGF (PeproTech catalog# 450-01) Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human β-NGF by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Human β-NGF (500-P85Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human β-NGF. Western Blot: To detect Human β-NGF by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human β-NGF is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: Additional applications tested on a lot-to-lot basis.
