Anti-Human SDF-1α (CXCL12) 0 AvisSubmit a Review Détails du Produit Catalog Number: 500-P87A Description: Source: Polyclonal Rabbit Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human SDF-1alpha (CXCL12). Anti-Human SDF-1alpha (CXCL12)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized Human SDF-1alpha (CXCL12) matrix. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human SDF-1α (CXCL12) (PeproTech catalog# 300-28A) Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human SDF-1α by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Human SDF-1α (500-P87ABt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human SDF-1α. Western Blot: To detect Human SDF-1α by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human SDF-1α is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: Additional applications tested on a lot-to-lot basis.
