Anti-Murine IGF-I 0 ComentariosSubmit a Review Detalles del Producto Nùmero de Catalogo 500-P157G Descripcion Source: Polyclonal Goat Preparation: Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant mIGF-I. Anti-Murine IGF-I specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized mIGF-I matrix. Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Murine IGF-I (PeproTech catalog# 250-19) Sandwich ELISA: To detect mIGF-I by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Anti-Murine IGF-I (500-P157GBt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIGF-I. Western Blot: To detect mIGF-I by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIGF-I is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Note: Additional applications tested on a lot-to-lot basis.
