Product Details

Catalogue Number: 500-M08

Source: Monoclonal Mouse

Preparation: Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IL-8 (CXCL8). Anti-Human IL-8 (CXCL8)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Human IL-8 (CXCL8) (72 a.a.) (PeproTech catalog# 200-08M)

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000pg/ml of Recombinant human IL-8 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human IL-8 (CXCL8) (500-P28BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 0.5- 1.0 μg/ml.

Anti-Human IL-8 (CXCL8) Sandwich ELISA

Western Blot: To detect Human IL-8 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human IL-8 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
